Squids LLC offers 30 days for returns and exchanges on most new and refurbished products (see exception below) in its packaging* within 30 days of the receipt. All returns are subject to 25% restocking fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable in any circumstances. Anything returned after 30 days of receiving an item will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Covid-19 & Returns: Due to Covid-19, certain manufacturers we carry are no longer accepting returns/exchanges on their products until further notice and they are only offering replacements if an item is not working. Please feel free to contact us via phone or email to confirm the return policy on any item you might be interested in before purchasing with us.
Reseller Returns: Squids LLC, offers 14 days for returns and exchanges on most new and refurbished products (see exception below) in its packaging* within 14 days of receipt. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Anything returned after 14 days of receiving items will not be eligible for the return/exchange.
Exception: Power supplies are covered by a 30-day warranty, cordless phones are covered by a 30-day warranty, and voicemail cards/units with hard drives are covered by a 30-day warranty. For more details on our warranties, please see Warranty Information.
All Sales Are Final. No returns will be accepted for all cards, different cords, different handsets, various voicemail cards/units, hard drives, cabinets, key service units (KSU), wall mounts/kits, various batteries, different power adapters, and cordless phones. We offer limited warranties on all items (learn more in our Warranty Information section).

* Squids LLC also reserves the right to refuse any return in which the product is opened or not in its original form, with its original accessories, manuals, instructions, and anything else that came with the original package. Products that are determined to have been damaged by the customer will also be subject to denied for return. Units should not show signs of being tampered with. Please do make sure the return is in their original form.
Keycode & Software Returns
All sales on any software, keycode or license keys are final.
Shipping Costs for Returns
When shipping an item for return, the customer takes full responsibility for getting the item(s) to us and thus coordinating insurance of such item(s) with the shipping company. Shipping costs to get the item returned is also the responsibility of the customer. Squids LLC will not take responsibility for undelivered items or items delivered defective, broken or in any other form other than that of the original shipment. Any shipping costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable.
Credit Card Refunds
Returned items must be stocked and properly processed before refunds are issued to the customer’s credit card. Credit card refunds may take up to 20 days to be issued from the day we receive the item(s) in our warehouse, depending on processing constraints.
It is the responsibility of the customer to return all items authorized for return within 14 days or 30 days time. If the items subject to return are not returned within 14 days or 30 days of the return authorization, the authorization will be canceled and thus any items received after the deadline will be refused.
Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA)
Once an RMA has been issued, equipment must be received by Squids LLC within 10 days of issuance of RMA, or RMA will be void and the shipment will be refused. In the case of advanced replacements, thirty days are allotted to get the originally purchased item(s) returned to Units Enterprise. If the equipment is not returned within thirty days the customer is liable for any shipping fees incurred and the retail cost of the item(s) shipped.
Installed Phone System Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
